All payments are processed by Stripe or Paypal

We use Royal Mail for standard and next day delivery in the UK.

Delivery times are from when the goods are dispatched, not from when the order is placed. Goods must be paid for in full before we are able to dispatch. We aim to dispatch the goods within 2-4 working days of payment in full but this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please note: If you would like to be able to track your order please choose UK Special Delivery Guaranteed or the Tracked option for Europe, World Zone 1 or World Zone 2.

UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed: £8.70

Royal Mail International Standard

Europe: £8.95     3-5 working days

World Zone 1:  £14.00  3-5 working days

World Zone 2:  £15.00   3-5 working days

Please provide a mobile number or email address at the point of order. If you have chosen UK Special Delivery Guaranteed you will receive an email or text confirming despatch and information on how to track your order, if applicable. If you choose more than one address for dispatch, a delivery charge will be applied to each address.

If your order is to be delivered outside of the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes, which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Russell Cobb Home is not responsible for any customs or duty charges. We reserve the right to minus all cost incurred for any parcels returned to us due to customs or duty charges being higher than expected. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing an order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Your order may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt providing the item is returned in its original unused condition with proof of purchase and the original packaging. Refunds on postage however cannot be made.

Your refund will be made in full excluding any tax, duties or postage. Please allow up to 10 working days for this. We cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage.

We would also need a proof of postage in case the item goes missing in the mail. We will not be accountable for any damage that occurs in the post.
